Day 30 MMS

Well, I'm still on 8 drops. I need to up my dosage to 9, and will do so tomorrow. I actually missed 2 x nightly doses in a row (Fri / Sat)... not good. However I have a feeling that MMS is clearing out a lot of heavy metals and mercury from my body, and as such, have been feeling strange and nauseous on 8 drops, thus I've stayed on this dosage. As a result of missed doses, and late nights & stress, I've had another OB, however I'm not unhappy about this at all as the OB's are showing how much MMS is working. Again, no padrome, and the OB is only itchy and uncomfortable for 4 hours. After that, it's pretty much dead. Prior to MMS, discomfort from OB's would last up to 4 days, and at the very best, 2 days with Lysine. However I'm not taking Lysine with MMS, so I know the MMS is working.

Day 26 MMS

Today is my 2nd day on 9 drops MMS / 45 drops citric acid. Yesterday was ok, with minimal side affects, although tiredness and mild nausea has prevailed. I noticed a headache last night, 10 mins after taking my dose, so obviously 9 drops is doing a lot. My OB of a few days ago is almost gone, however it was truly dead within 4 hours of coming out. Amazing.

I've been reading other hubs and forums on people trying MMS for Herpes, and it's just amazing how many negative people there are out there, saying it won't and can't cure Herpes because H is a snippet of DNA that co-exists with our healthy cells, and hides in the nerve tissues. Well, at the hub where I frequent, the creator discovered that Scientists only found out October 2008 that Herpes doesn't actually "hide" in nerve cells, but rather, our immune system keeps it in check. When our immune system isn't functioning to full capacity, this then allows the H virus to start replicating, thus causing an outbreak.

I will stay on 9 drops for the next couple of days, or at least until this heavy headedness subsides, as that way, my body will have adjusted to the dosage, and it will be ready for the next increase to 10 drops.

Day 24 MMS

Ok, so since my last post I have experienced another mild OB. Can I say, this OB was self inflicted as I've been under a lot of stress and haven't had much sleep. The good news is, the padrome was very mild and only lasted 4 hours, and then the OB followed immediately. It was only fairly small, like pimples really (no blisters). This OB was noticably different in that it came out in a different spot to prior OB's and although it was extremely itchy and uncomfortable, it lasted 4 hours only! After this time frame, the itching stopped and it pretty much felt like it was dead. This is an all time first! I decided to stay on 8 drops when I noticed the padromal symptoms late at night as I knew my body would struggle to remove the virus. I'm so glad I did, because I did experience mild cramping, nausea and diarrahea (is that how it's spelt?), as well as fatigue and fog brain. This was MMS and my body fighting that sucker off! Needless to say, the OB is pretty much gone today, so it's definately working. I just hope that MMS can rid the body of "sleeping" H, in addition to "active" H. We'll all soon see I guess. Everyone is different and everyones' bodies reacts differently to treatment, so I would say much depends on the individual.

Because I was able to do 8 drops again yesterday without any cramping from my recent OB, I have upped to 9 drops this morning. I have to say, now that I'm getting up to the higher doses, I do get nervous with each inrease in dosage now, not sure why. Maybe I'm waiting for uncomfortable side affects... not sure. But it is important to remember that this is very much a spiritual journey, so meditation and positive thought is important throughout this process.

Day 22 MMS

Well, I've been slack posting here, but will endeavour to post every day, or at least every 2nd day from here on in.

From my last post, I've continued to stay on 7/8 drops MMS, as this dosage seems to be the golden spot for me in terms of mild side affects.

I did actually experience a mild OB that started off as a padrome, however the padrome lasted 1 day only, and at the end of that day, a small blister appeared in the genital area. It was at this point that I was struggling with 8 drops and fatigue, so I know MMS was working on this OB. The fact that the padrome only lasted a day spoke volumes as they normally last 2 to 3 days prior to an OB. The OB usually lasts 4 to 5 days, however it only itched for approx. 4 hours and was gone within 2 days. Amazing! I've had no OB's since then, however I have my cycle coming up shortly, so when it's finished, it will be the big test as I always get an OB post menstrual cycle.

So, with regards to my dosages on 7/8 drops, I've experienced everything from mild nausea (sporadic), to extreme fatigue and nervousness. Not sure what's going on with the nervousness, but obviously clearing out gunk from one's system is no walk in the park. I'm actually GLAD to be getting side affects as it tells me that MMS is working and it's doing its thing! The most important thing for me is to listen to my body and it will tell me when it's ready to take an increased dosage. Today I will increase my dose to 9 drops, however this is after being on 8 drops for approx. 5 days. In saying this, I have been dropping back to 7 drops of the night time, as the fatigue has been heavy. Yesterday was the first day that I didn't experience fatigue, so I stayed on 8 drops last night and will continue with 9 drops this morning.

This is an extraordinary journey of faith, determination and belief. I believe I can be cured, and at the very least, I'll be one of the most healthy human beings alive with minimal or no pathogens lurking around in my body. As I said previously, there is just not enough room for H and me in this body!
